STANFORD publishes brief staff-written obituaries of all alumni and faculty whose deaths come to our attention. To submit obituary information, please fill out the form below. Our published obituaries generally average less than 100 words; we do our best within that constraint to include information that will be meaningful to the deceased’s fellow alumni and/or faculty. We appreciate receiving information about deaths within two years of the person's passing; we publish obituaries for deaths that occurred longer ago at our discretion.
